Role: Director of Operations
Location: Saskatoon based for training starting Fall of 2025 until September 2026, then can choose to be located in Prince Albert, SK or Regina, SK.

THE OPPORTUNITY
In this highly visible hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a newly built House – you get to pick, Regina or Prince Albert! This is an extremely rare opportunity, where you will be provided hands on training in Saskatoon in a house that has been rooted in the community for forty years. Then, you will dive into the operations of either the Regina or Prince Albert house, helping get the house ready to welcome families as it nears final construction.
You will be managing people, programs, and processes with care. This role is both strategic and relational, providing direction and clarity across multiple departments while ensuring families feel cared for in difficult times.
As the face of the House, your presence is both confident yet approachable. You can build trust easily, lead with empathy and aren’t afraid to have tough conversations when needed. Your finger is always on the pulse of operations, from implementing program policies to maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the house.
